"Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again."

"Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room."

"This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in a long time! So so clean!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The rooms are outdated no effort has been made to repair or upgrade the basics. I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had no hot water the shower flow was a stream with no pressure. The second room had bugs when I told the front desk she told me Ohio is known for stink bugs it is April this is known for in cold winter months. But I think that is not an acceptable reason they should do better. They did move me rooms but it was no upgrade we settled it was late and it was 1 night and unfortunately we won't be returning"

"Breakfast is as very good. The big problem was this place allows pets and it was obvious. Not the cleanest and I heard some dogs barking. I don’t understand this and will more than likely never stay in this type of hotel again. "

"We booked for only one night and it exceeded expectations, the room was adorable, clean, the whole hotel smelled fresh, parking was a breeze, the staff was lovely, the TV had preloaded streaming services just had to log in. The shower alone was worth the price, the water pressure was adjustable and amazing! It does spray out of the shower a bit so keep the door shut! The room was on the pricier side but it was worth paying for peace of mind and comfort. My only regret was only staying one night! We will be back as we didn’t get to explore the hotels opportunities or try the restaurant and beautiful bar!"

"Room was clean staff made several mistakes with our check in but did try their best to accomadate and fix the issues. The pool was large and never crowded but the water was freezing. Jetted tub was nice to relax in. Hotel is currently under construction and was missing several finishing touches in the rooms. I cant say i was unhappy with our stay but i wasnt happy husband says we will not be staying there again"
